Another excellent showing this year of 28 GT40s at the AGM
event hosted within the Stoneleigh Kit Car Show.
I think there was no doubt as to the star of the show this year. A fantastic MkIII replica with wonderful Borani (looking at least) wire wheels and chrome windows, the engine bay was also a work of art. Now, in common with many GT40 owners, I am not normally a fan of the MkIII but when done well it is also a genuinely beautiful car. The metallic blue paintwork was stunning. It transpired that the owner is relatively new and since we don't have contact details Tony Hunt would very much appreciate it he could get in touch ( membership@gt40enthusiastsclub.com ).

I count 26 different cars in the photos left and below but, as there was some moving around, I may have missed one or two. Even so it must again rank as one of the largest annual gatherings of the breed.
